If you have interacted with ScaleNova through our website, Meta Pixel, or any Facebook/Instagram integration, you can request that we delete the personal data we hold about you. This page explains how to submit that request, in line with Meta's Platform Data Deletion requirements.

2. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data, email us at sales@scalenova.co.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:

• Your full name and email address associated with your interaction with us.
• If applicable, the Facebook or Instagram account you used to interact with our page or ads.
• A brief description of your request.

3. What Happens Next

We will verify your request and delete the corresponding personal data from our systems and any connected service providers (such as analytics or advertising platforms) within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations.

4. Confirmation

Once your data has been deleted, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provided.
