3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. ScaleNova retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless a client requests confidentiality in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Project fees, payment schedules, and cancellation terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in paused work until accounts are brought current.
5. Limitation of Liability
ScaleNova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
